PROGRAM: “Positioning the Surgical Patient” was presented by Andrew Knight, MD, of Medical Anesthesia Consultants.

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 1905 by President Evelyn Steen.

MINUTES: Minutes of the February 6, 2008, chapter meeting have been reviewed and approved.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: A closing balance of $7692.86 as of 2/21/08 was reported by Treasurer Donna Benotti.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.

NEW BUSINESS: There is a new Proposed Bylaws Amendment Related to the Nominating Committee to be discussed at Congress.

We need candidates for President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, 2 Board Members, and Nominating Committee for our chapter.

OLD BUSINESS: Education program in May with 3M needs to be confirmed. If not, AAMI Standards were suggested.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Our next chapter meeting will be May 7, 2008.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 1928 by President Evelyn Steen.
