CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 1923 by President Evelyn Steen.

MINUTES: The minutes of the November 7, 2007 meeting were to be read by committee.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Deferred to the January 9, 2008 meeting.

COMMITTEE REPORT: None.

NEW BUSINESS: None.

OLD BUSINESS: None.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Our next chapter meeting will be on January 9, 2008. The program
will be "Organ Donation."

RAFFLE: Raffle winners were: Kelly Shea ($100 Nordstrom gift card),
Donna Benotti, RN from Summit OR ($75 Trader Joe"s gift card), and
Robert Azarcon, RN from ValleyCare Ambulatory Surgery Center
($50 Crate & Barrel gift card.)

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 1929 by President Evelyn Steen.
