Hello AORN AZ High Country Chapter Members,
 
As many of you know, we have been working on updating our Chapter bylaws.  The current bylaws are the original bylaws written in 1991 and are typewritten as a hard copy. 
 
Amendments to our chapter bylaws must be submitted to the membership for at least thirty days prior to adoption by vote.  Amendments also require a 2/3 vote by the membership. 
 
I have attached the proposed bylaws for adoption.  Articles highlighted in purple must remain as written and may not be changed per AORN. 
 
Please review the document and reply with your vote to accept or deny by August 1, 2009.  Your reply should be sent to our 2009/2010 Chapter President, Tammy Lester.  Her email addresses are:
