Nurses Lobby Day

Tuesday, February 5, 2008

Nurses Lobby Day is for all nurses. It is a perfect opportunity to advocate for issues impacting nursing practice and the healthcare of all Arizonans. Prior to conversing with legislators, participants will receive tips on lobbying and other information necessary to make Lobby Day a success. Build new skills and "lobby-on-the-fly". You will be paired with seasoned nurse lobbyists in small groups. This program is approved for nursing continuing education contact hours by the Arizona Nurses Association an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credential Center. The registration for AzNA members is $68 and non- members $95. You can find the online registration form at www.aznurse.org. Brochures will be e-mailed to AzNA members at about the same time.
